SkillProof is building a better way for heavy equipment operators to show observed skill. Instead of relying only on résumé claims, operators can document a supervised task, receive a structured human review, and share a focused evidence card with employers.

The first pilot centers on one loader precision challenge in Northern California. A controlled course, qualified supervision, and a clear rubric will prioritize procedure and accuracy before speed.

A reviewed task is not a certification or proof of overall job competence. It is a transparent record of what was observed on a particular task, under stated conditions, by a named reviewer.
